When you contact Act Now Energy via our website, phone or email, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, contact details, address, and a description of the work you need.
During the course of delivering work we may also collect site photographs, equipment serial numbers, electrical readings and other technical information necessary to design, install and certify the work.
How we use it
We use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry, quote and deliver work, and to fulfil our regulatory obligations as a licensed electrical contractor (including Certificate of Electrical Safety issuance and rebate paperwork).
Storage & retention
We retain project records (quotes, certificates, site documentation) for the period required by Australian law and our insurers — generally a minimum of seven years.

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion (subject to our legal record keeping obligations).
